The Parent Investment Club (PIC) is currently managed by five officers:
Michael C. Evans
President/Chief Executive Officer
Michael is also the CEO of Temple Rose Holding Company Inc., as well as being the President of Help Keep My Money LLC, a Black-owned business management consulting business located in Southern California that provides consulting services to government agencies, small business startups, nonprofits, and family estates. He also became the President and CFO of VLTRN LLC, the main operating company for a Black family office in Southern California.
He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Loyola Marymount University, where he was the school’s first recipient of the Wall Street Journal’s Award for Excellence in Economics. His focus at LMU was in econometrics, as he was trained to be an actuary and to develop forecast systems. He has more than 30 years of experience in developing and managing complex operational and financial systems. His experience includes four years as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Deputy Director of Finance and Administration for Santa Barbara County’s Mental Health Department, where he developed from the ground up and managed a $106 million annual budget, while overseeing multiple divisions including Finance and Accounting, IT, Quality Assurance, Medical Records, Facilities, Safety, Risk Management, and Administration. Michael was an active real estate investor from 1997 – 2005.
His accomplishments include:
- He developed the Pre-Construction Flip System (The PCFS) and used it to turn $10,000 into $25,000 in 4 months (450% annualized ROI), $15,000 into $50,000 in 6 months (467% annualized ROI) and $7,000 into $182,000 in 18 months (1,733% annualized ROI),
- He is also the developer of the Real Estate Deal Management System (The REDMS), a proprietary “closed sales system” for managing and shifting risk while using leverage to create double digit profits per deal.
Sallye Holmes
Treasurer
Sallye is a Registered Nurse, Founder/ CEO of Electrical Supplies Plus More, LLC, and President of Transatlantic Investment Group (TIG). She worked for 10 years with her husband and was Co-Founder/Vice President of True Power Electrical Contractors, Inc. As well, Sallye has 30+ years as a Medical Professional and has 2 adult daughters and 3 young adult grandchildren. She comes to this organization to share her talents and experience to help grow and make this organization successful to be a beacon of light for our Black Communities.
Julian Mosley
Chief Business Development Officer
Julian Mosley is a driven corporate executive formally trained in co-creation design thinking, with business acumen refined from years of experience in leading technology sales, marketing, and engineering teams with industry leading companies. Julian has a proven track record of leading international account teams into Fortune 500 accounts to deliver business growth objectives. Highly competent at working with stakeholders at all organizational levels to understand and then evangelize enterprise level opportunities to leverage technology to revitalize business models. Successful at both opening new markets with strategic insights, as well as cultivating established account relationships to grow new lines of business.
Lola Thompson
Chief Brand Officer
Lola has created a rewarding career by helping others to help themselves! She gets a rush from seeing people of all ages and walks of life discover quite simply that “They Can.” As a veteran real estate investor, descriptive writer, magnifying speaker, as well as a thorough, articulate, and enjoyable trainer it is her goal to enlighten and enrich the world by producing one new powerfully informed person at a time. She has penned herself an Expert Collaboration Strategist. Trained in Crypto Currency/Blockchain and Tokenized Real Estate.

With over 25 years of leadership across military service, nonprofit advocacy, and community development, Antione has dedicated his life to empowering marginalized communities and building pathways to equity and systemic change. His journey has been shaped by a belief that real progress is born from collaboration, bold vision, and an unwavering commitment to measurable impact. He believes in creating equitable systems through collaboration and innovation. With strategic alliances and meaningful connections, he plans to enable entities to leverage each other’s strengths, share resources, and collectively address challenges.
